The theoretical part of this work contains survey and elaboration of the appropriate materials and theory which are needed for successful realization of the chosen objectives. The practical part is dealing with the analysis of current marketing promotion and formulation of proposals for its efectiveness.

The purpose of this diploma thesis is a strategic development proposal for a Czech electrotechnical company with an emphasis on a product portfolio. The theoretical basis of this thesis serves as a structure for the analytical and the proposal part. Outputs of the external and internal analysis are the bedrock for formulation of strategic product portfolio development framework at the corporate and business level. The proposal provides a company with a framework for strategic behavior focused on better competitive ability, product portfolio expansion, and delivering higher value for customers of energetic engineering.

The topic of this thesis is to increase the competitive position of the firm Plastika a.s. with the help of creation a new marketing strategy for the next period of time. The analysis of the present marketing strategy is the base for it. The first part of this work is based on the theory. The second part introduces the company Plastika a.s.. There is carried out the analysis of the current situation which focuses on its present marketing strategy. The third suggestion part formulates the suggestion of the new marketing strategy for the next period of time which will lead to the improvement of the competitive position of the firm Plastika on the market.

The aim of this work is propose competitive strategy of Stytotrade company. It is divided into three segments: theoretic part, analytical part and project part. The theoretical part present the company and literary sources that deal with strategies of competitive advantage, Porter generic strategies, theory knowledge of competition, marketing research and strategy for market leader. Analytical part is focused on the identification of competition, macro environment, current corporate strategy, marketing mix and marketing research. Project part - data from the marketing research are processed to SWOT analysis that is fundation for the propose of competitive strategy.

Specifics of training and development in small organizations - analysis of employee satisfaction with training offer

The topic of this dissertation is employee education in the organizations. This work begins with the description of a comprehensive system of training and education of employees in the organizations. Next chapters are devoted to the business education system with focus on conception of learning organizations. The subsection is also focusing on the concept of strategic human resources development. An important chapter of this dissertation is a description of the process of designing the training of employees in the organizations, which includes parts focusing on the identification and analysis of a need of education, planning and implementation of education and its evaluation. In this framework are defined areas such as learning objectives, selected subgroup of learners, forms and methods of educational events, role of personality motivation and trainers. The practical part is devoted to description, analysis and comparison of the selected small organizations in terms of structure and organization of the education system. Care for employees, corporate strategy

This Thesis, called Care for Employees, Corporate Strategy addresses the issue of care for employees in practice. This Dissertation analyses its level in the particular, observed company and it is composed of two main parts. The first part explains the theoretical bases which are needed to understand the context of the issue, based on the studied literature. It acquaints the readers with the Labour Code and defines basic concepts such as working mode, working environment, personal development, human resources department, company s strategy, and many others. The second part describes the selected company, including its system of care for employees. The level is determined through a questionnaire focusing on the employee development, communication, working conditions, and working environment, catering, corporate culture, job evaluation, and employee benefits. The results are clearly processed and evaluated in tabular or graphical form. On the basis of the results, problem areas are determined and proposals leading to improvement of the care for the employees and the overall satisfaction are then processed.

Bachelor thesis deals with the efficient education of employees, if the organization is in a high turnover rate. It deals with the question of whether it makes sense in such an organization to educate employees and if so, what the most appropriate manner. The aim of this work is the analysis of the current situation to help identify the most effective education system, which would partly help reduce turnover.
